Each summer at the
Catholic Youth Xperience, the Diocese of Gary Office for Youth &
Young Adults awards the Breath of the Spirit Award. We
believe that the Spirit is a living Presence of God in the Church,
and by a Sacramentally Confirmed Faith we are each given gifts (1
Cor. 12) that the Spirit uses to enable us to do great things! This award
acknowledges youth who go above and beyond to fulfill their
baptismal call, allowing the Holy Spirit to work through them to
build the Kingdom of God.
