Online Registration Period
Group leaders have up to and including July 9th to enter participant info online. Create an account with ShowMyEvent.com and you do not have to enter all your info at the same time. Find an intern and you won’t have to enter anything at all.

Submit Attendance Estimate to OYYA
Attending groups must submit the new Form E, a simple form that tells us you are attending. You are asked for a good faith estimate on how many persons will be attending CYX. I mean, c’mon, it’s June 15…if you don’t have at least an estimate by now, what the heck have you been doing since April?! At this time you will also let us know if your group desires A/C or non-A/C dorms. You have to choose one or the other for all participants in your group. Sorry.

Mandatory Adult CYX Prep Meeting for Adult Leaders
At least one adult from each group will be required to attend this meeting to ensure a safe, healthy, and happy CYX! It’s also a great chance to meet new group leaders and be the first to sell them elevator passes.

Registration Deadline
Turn in all necessary paperwork in one complete packet to Diocese of Gary Pastoral Center, located at the corner of 93rd & Broadway, (on Merrillville’s southern border with Crown Point), just south of Methodist Southlake Hospital. You may pay now, or you may choose to pay at check-in. We know where to find you.

Late Registration Period
$20 per person late fee assessed for all persons added this week (no charge for same-sex replacements). Online registration closed. All additional registrations must be delivered with all forms to the Pastoral Center, Merrillville before the teen(s) will be added. No forms, money, or registrants will be accepted after July 16. Because I head to the beach on CYX week and I don’t wanna be lugging all those forms.

Optional Pre-CYX Celebration
Held on the grounds of Nativity of Our Savior, Portage, come one, come all and enjoy live Contemporary Christian music, a candlelight prayer service, and fellowship with youth and others in the YM community throughout the diocese. Free admission, chaperone & permission form required for all teens.
