Registration Info
Registration for CYX is by group only. Registration
Information will be sent to parish youth ministry
leaders in early May. Online registration opens May 15
and continues until July 8.
Why
register as a parish/school/organization and not as
individuals? CYX lights a fire for many, inspiring
them to continue the Xperience in their own local
communities. Parish time allows groups to process the
day and reminds teens that when it’s all over, the
challenge is in finding God back home! Plus, it allows
adults a chance to build community with young people on
somewhat neutral ground. Adult youth leaders—whether
they are the “coordinator” or not—will experience
formation on the weekend, so they’re getting something
out of it, too!
Group
Leaders, I appreciate that the registration process
can be difficult. We've made every effort to simplify it
this year: one deadline for all forms, nothing to submit
until July. Check it out:

2011 Registration. Simplified.
April, May, June:
Promote CYX.
June 15: Group leaders submit attendance
estimate to Kev.
July 8 Deadline: Have all participant info
entered online. All forms due to Kev.
July 11-15: Last chance to register or
replace teens. $20 late fee.
July 23-24: Party hearty with Jesus Christ.
