• You are
strongly urged to register your group online. This
allows us to be the best stewards of time and financial
resources at the diocese! There is no charge for doing
this.

• DEADLINES: For food and facility planning
purposes, please register all participants on or before
Friday, October 21. Late signups will be accepted but
should be the exception rather than the norm. Your
cooperation will result in a more organized Grásta Dé!for
all! The online registration system is easy, and prior to
the event we're more interested in your online
registration than forms and money!
• Please note that
t-shirts are NOT included with the registration price.
A separate t-shirt pre-order form must be submitted to
OYYA on or before Mon., Oct. 17 to guarantee tees
for your participants. (Only a very limited number
of shirts will be sold at the event, and YES we sold out
in 2010!). 10/18 update: The
t-shirt order has been placed. A limited number of
t-shirts will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis
on the day of the event.

When you register online, please make every attempt to
include the participants’ address. We use this to send
them promotional info about upcoming events (CYX, TAPT,
Grásta Dé!) in the future.
• You may use a
paper registration form (below), but if you choose to do
this, please submit that form no later than October 21, as
that information must be manually entered.
• Permission
forms and money should be collected and kept by parish
leaders. Parish leaders will turn forms and money in
at check-in at the event.

• While delicious
light snacks & beverages will be served upon arrival, for
many growing young people it will not equal a complete
lunch. Please remind youth to eat a big breakfast or an
early lunch before arriving!
• Maximum adult
chaperone:youth ratio is 1:10. 1:7 is preferred. Male and
female chaperones are also encouraged.
