T.A.P.T. ROLES
The primary role of the peer minister is to work closely with an adult leader to assist your small group in processing the retreat elements. O.A.T.S. Staff (Our Auxiliary TAPT Staff) members (“O.A.T.ies”) model Jesus’ servant leadership style by engaging in a separate yet connected retreat experience, serving the retreatants in many ways, including preparing meals, cleaning, and praying for the participants. Both roles are crucial to the success of TAPT! Prayerfully discern which of these roles the Holy Spirit is calling you to fulfill, then circle which you feel you are most called to fulfill:

PEER MINISTER                “O.A.T.ie”

Are you willing to perform the other role if need be? (circle)    “Yes”           “I’d prefer not”
